Meet the Jernigan Chiropractic & Rehab Clinic Team

Dr. Jeremy Jernigan has been practicing chiropractic since 2005 and has spent more than 20 years helping patients throughout the Mississippi Gulf Coast. His approach is centered on understanding what each person is experiencing, explaining the available options, and helping patients take a more active role in their health. Dr. Jernigan completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern Mississippi and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 2004. His additional training includes Active Release Technique (ART), and his professional affiliations include the Mississippi Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Katanya Ford Selby is a Gulfport native and a graduate of the University of South Alabama and Life University. Her work reflects a longstanding interest in helping people feel better while also giving them a stronger understanding of their health. Patient education is an important part of her approach, with an emphasis on helping people better understand chiropractic care and how it may support movement, function, and overall well-being.

Dr. Saira Zimmerman earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 2014. She later moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast after completing a two-year active-duty mobilization with the Army Reserves, where she continues to serve as a medic. Her additional training includes pregnancy, pediatrics, sports medicine, and various chiropractic techniques. Dr. Zimmerman enjoys working with people of different ages and backgrounds and takes an encouraging approach to helping patients recognize progress throughout their care.
